This look has been seen on some of your fave celebs on and off the red carpet, with Ciara being a huge fan of the look amongst others. While this trend has been around for the past few seasons it seems as though over the knee boots have gained a resurgence and are available at every price point for the Fall. That means that you don't have to break the bank to rock one of the hottest trends this season (we found pairs for less than $50, now that's recession proof).
