The Crossbody

Hola fab readers, hope the week is going all types of fabulous for you. While browsing my closet I noticed that I have a gazillion pairs of shoes and no handbags. Before you let me have it, let me explain, very rarely do I ever carry more than my wallet, lip gloss, cell phone and keys on me ( and when you have a track star two year old you need both hands free at all times). Therefore I never really felt a need for them until recently going out and I didn't have a bag that worked with my clothes. After browsing the internet and seeing this super cute picture of Solange from the grammy's I have decided on the cross body, I have enough room my things, my hands are free, and they are super cute. Check out a few of my faves below all available from Forever 21.

Fab Song of the Week- Welcome to Heartbreak

So we know that by now you all know that we are avid Kanye West supporters...we even justified his haircut, now that's a true fan (lol). We have to admit that the video for Welcome to Heartbreak is one of the most visually pleasing videos we have ever seen. We literally watched the video 5 times in a row with our eyes glued on the screen like a five year old watching Thomas the Train. Check it out below.

This pair of shoes are our latest obsession by Wild Pair called Crank it Up available at Bakers Shoes for $89.99.If you haven't figured out by now we have a fetish for shoes with ankle details and most of the shoes in our closets are love them or hate them shoes...clearly we love them. While we are in love with everything from the color to the style of the shoe it is so unique that we are going to hold off on these because of the price, we have a feeling that the price is going to drop again before they get rid of them. Valentine's Day Fab Look

Hey fab readers while checking out French Connection online today I ran across a dress that will sparkle on Valentine's Day ....and any other day for that matter. This alix abacus shift dress sparkles for the great price of $69.00 from $248.00.

If that one is a bit much for your budget try the Sequin Soiree dress from Forever 21 on sale for $19.99. While it is not fancy as the one from French Connection it is a similar shift style that will still make you the center of attention at a fraction of the cost.

Home Decor on a Budget: Easy-Walls Wallpaper

While we were at home in Chicago over the holiday's we were watching Oprah when Nate swore the greatness of a wallpaper called Easy-Walls. The great thing about this wall paper is that it is pre-pasted easy on paper and when you take it off it doesn't mess up the walls. That makes this wall paper great if you live in an apartment like I do. I've been doing research on the company for a while because I have been in my apartment for over 2 years and still have white walls...did I mention how much I hate white walls! While I would love to paint my apartment the reality is I have never painted a day in my life. So I think I have found a few selections in the open spaces collection that might fit the bill. Did I mention that it is affordable at $18.00 a roll. Check out a few styles below ...(Whenever I put it up I will post pictures)

Beauty Budget: Wet and Wild Glassy Gloss

So for some reason I couldn't find any of my lip gloss this past weekend and was running late for a meeting...as usual, so I ran in Rite-Aid looking for some gloss (that was on sale) and decided on Wet and Wild Glassy Gloss Lip Gel in Mocha Glaze #312 and OMG I love it. I wish I would have bought more since it was on sale for $1.00. I swear every time I wear it I get tons of compliments and people asking what I'm wearing. It's only fair that I share it with all of you fab readers. Pick up one from your local drugstore for regular price $2.99.

McQ by Alexander McQueen for Target

We hear the angels singing our names today fab readers. After checking out Nylon Magazine this month we have had the chance to see the first McQ by Alexander McQueen and we adore the line. Often times when designers pair with Target we receive a watered down version of the line of clothing that can be bought anywhere but this time we think McQueen got it right. McQueen designed this collection around his muse Leila Moss the lead singer of the Duke Spirit so it's very edgy, rock and roll ....well as edgy as you can get when designing for the masses. Check out a few of our fave looks from the collection. Click here to view the full collection.
