Petticoats for all

Fab readers I promise I'm not going crazy with the last couple of postings i.e. stripper shoes. Feel my excitement when I say I have finally found the missing piece to my wardrobe. I have been looking for the perfect tutu to wear now for over a month and while I have had no success, I did find this fabulous double layer black petticoat from Hot Topic for $16.99.
